The Pomodoro Technique

Developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s, the Pomodoro Technique uses timed intervals (traditionally 25 minutes) called "pomodoros," separated by short breaks. After four pomodoros, a longer break is taken. Studies show this approach reduces mental fatigue, improves focus, and makes large tasks manageable by breaking them into discrete chunks.
